our mission
Our mission is to build a culture and a fellowship that consistently prioritizes community outreach. The foundation is established by mentoring faith, and good character to young men and women, through the game of basketball! Among other components, building positive relationships, future readiness, and Community service, are requirements for all members of the organization.
We express gratitude to our members who consistently embody our core values of faith, character, and community. This is achieved through our ongoing innovation of the recruitment platform, catering to student-athletes who intend to utilize basketball as a tool to fund their education. In the 2024 season, we will be operating 7 teams, ranging from ages 12u-17u! Our primary focus for our High School Teams is to expose our Student-Athletes to as many colleges and coaches as possible, during the Spring/Summer months. So their schedule was built to create the highest possibility of being recruited.
Tax deductible - Our fundraising efforts will help cover the cost of community outreach events, updating our facilities , offsetting the cost of player fees, and travel expenses.

Jordan Hart
Chairman of the Board, Director of Player Development
I'm Jordan Hart—a former student-athlete at Washburn University, where I homed in on my abilities and skills on a full ride athletic scholarship. My journey in sports has taken me through various roles, each contributing to my passion for community, youth development, and the belief that it's more than just a game.
After my college years, I seamlessly transitioned into coaching, where I’ve spent four rewarding years as the head basketball coach, both domestically and abroad, focusing on overseas recruitment and fostering talent from diverse backgrounds. It was during this time that I realized the importance of holistic athlete development, prompting me to dedicate five years as a trainer for athletes during the off-season.
In my pursuit of making a meaningful impact, I founded and took on the role of President at the Hart on Heart Foundation—a non-profit organization close to my heart.
Over the years, the foundation became a platform to integrate young athletes into the community, emphasizing the significance of giving back through various service initiatives.
My passion for shaping young minds led me to found Heart Over Hustle , a youth basketball program in Wichita. In just 4 years, HOH has become one of the fastest-growing programs in the region, instilling values such as teamwork, discipline, and community engagement in the next generation.
Off the court, my world revolves around my family. I am a proud husband to Amanda Hart and a devoted father to Nyla Faye Hart. They inspire me daily to continue making a positive impact on young lives, reinforcing my belief that sports are not just about winning or losing; they're about building character, resilience, and a stronger community.
Join me on this journey where I pour my heart into each young life I come in contact with, because for me, it's more than a game—it's an opportunity to shape futures and contribute to something greater than ourselves.
Amanda Hart
Board Member, Director of Community Ministry
My name is Amanda Hart, and my journey has been all about having a positive impact on those around me. With 7 years of coaching experience, I've had the opportunity to guide individuals to their full potential, inside and outside of sports.
Education has been another key pillar of my career, with 5 years dedicated to teaching grades kindergarten through 12th. Beyond the school hours, I've been deeply involved in after-hour Bible studies and life groups for young teens, fostering spiritual growth and providing a supportive community.
In 2018, I took a leap of faith and founded the nonprofit ministry ICTworship. For the past 4 years, my team and I have hit the streets with worship, prayer, homeless feeds, and community give-backs. It's been an incredible journey partnering with other organizations, churches, and communities to better our city and state through the power of Jesus Christ.
I am a proud and devoted wife to Jordan Hart, and blessed to be the mother of Nyla Faye Hart. With the understanding that Family is the first and most important ministry, my family is the core of who I am, and they motivate me to continue making a difference.
Currently, I wear multiple hats as the Founder and President of ICTWorship, while also serving as the Director of Community Ministry for HOH. In this role, I provide a platform for student athletes in the program to give back, and engage in services that contribute to their growth as responsible young citizens, through the power of ministry. It's not just about sports; it's about making a lasting impact on lives and communities.

Basketball is the platform for ministry to the hearts of children. My passion is to speak hope and encouragement into boys through basketball that our choices in life shape who we become. My family and I live with our core values of others seeing us as Christ intended in the diversity of the family structure. Joining the HOH family was an easy decision as the mission is complimentary to my family. We are excited to be a part of faith and family in the life of basketball.
My purpose is for God to use the gifts he has given me in advancing his purpose while on earth. Partnering with HOH is allowing me to use my gift as a leader and CEO to build an organization that is a strong foundation for being a part of working in the lives of boys throughout the Wichita area. I’m excited to be a part of the ministry of HOH.

"With all my Hart"
Our journey began back in 2019, and it wasn't just a random series of events—it was a divine connection set in motion by God, unfolding during our time at Life Prep Academy. From the start, we shared a common belief: that community service should be a source of joy and personal growth, not a form of punishment.
Looking around our local community, we saw numerous community service organizations, but none seemed to cater specifically to the youth. This observation ignited a shared passion within us, compelling us to reshape the narrative around community service for young individuals.
In 2020, Amanda founded ICT Worship, and I established the Hart on Heart foundation. Our mission was clear—to weave together ministry, faith, worship, and youth sports, guiding kids on the path of giving back.
The first year saw us engaging in homeless feeds almost every weekend, a hands-on approach to immediately impact those around us. However, our commitment didn't stop after that first year. We continued hosting regular events, determined to consistently make a difference in our community.
What set us apart was our refusal to confine ministry to conventional spaces. We wanted to take it to the streets, bringing the message of love, service, and community everywhere we went.
Our story is one of purposeful collaboration. It's about faith and service converging, about empowering the youth to actively contribute to making the world a better place. Every event, every outreach, and every moment we spend taking ministry to the streets is a brushstroke in the painting of a community united by a shared commitment to positive change.
"Our Nyla Hart"
We believe that our primary ministry is centered around our family. Through our daughter, Nyla, God has bestowed upon us a greater purpose. Nyla is our everything, and our lives revolve around ensuring her comfort, safety, and that she is in the presence of God.
